The right number has proven to be a challenge for Pavel Zacha 😳 According to Chris Johnston of TSN, Boston and Zacha are working on getting him extended but it would appear that both sides aren’t close to a ‘number,’ which is probably referring to his AAV that he would take on his next contract. 💰 The Bruins have repeatedly voiced their yearn to re-sign Zacha, the two-way forward is on the final season of a four-year contract, making $4.75MM annually. At age 29, he enters 2026-27 coming off a career-high 30-goal, 65-point campaign. 🧸 Thoughts? Zacha is reportedly in no rush to get a deal done but will this affect how things play out in the Bruins decision making? 🧐 #NHL #Hockey #Bruins #Boston #NHLBruins #PavelZacha
