FREEZER BREAKFAST SANDWICHES Egg Mixture - 12 eggs - 1 cup cottage cheese - ⅔ cup shredded Gruyère cheese - Salt + pepper For the Sandwiches - Dave’s Killer Bread Mini Bagels - ½ slice cheddar cheese per sandwich - Ham or chicken sausage patties Directions 1. Blend the eggs, cottage cheese, Gruyère, salt, and pepper until smooth. 2. Pour into a greased baking dish and bake at 300°F for 30 minutes, or until set. 3. Let the eggs cool slightly, then cut into portions. 4. Add a piece of egg to each Mini Bagel and top with ½ slice of cheddar cheese. 5. Add ham to half and a chicken sausage patty to the other half. 6. Wrap each sandwich individually and store in the fridge or freezer. To Reheat 1.
