Meet this weeks Member Spotlight, ✨Abby DeYoung✨, a senior double majoring in Communications and Leadership & Analytics with a minor in the Business of Sports. Outside of Girls Club, Abby is a Texas Athletics Communications Intern and serves as an Out-of-Game Engagement and Recruitment Officer for @thecorralut and @texas_younglife . After graduation, Abby plans to pursue a career in football communications with the National Football League. “Find other women in the industry! Even if it doesn’t seem difficult at times, being a woman in sports is not easy. However, if you find women who support you and whom you can support in return, everything becomes much easier,” Abby says. Congratulations, Abby! You’re an inspiration to us all. We’re so glad you chose Girls Club, and we can’t wait to see all you accomplish in the future!🫶 #girlsclubtexas #utaustintx #memberspotlight #texaslonghorns #thecorral #younglife
