On this day, October 2nd, TEN years ago, Western New York Flash played the Portland Thorns–a game Sam will never forget... 💭 @sammymewyy writes: This game is a core memory of mine. I was so emotional in the locker room beforehand... This game and the journey that Western New York Flash team went on afterwards does define my career. I’ll still be watching these highlights when I’m 70 years-old. 🥺 #sammewis #twg #lynnbiyendolo #nwsl
