Paramount and Warner Bros. are set to come under a new parent company called Skydance following their planned merger, according to CEO David Ellison. The name comes from Skydance Media, the production company Ellison founded in 2010. Paramount and Warner Bros. will continue to operate as major entertainment brands under the combined company.
