Sunday log: 👟 the shoes have been sitting by my chair for three weeks. Not lost. Just waiting for me to stop saying “next week.” Funny thing about coming back to something.
The hard part isn’t the first mile. It’s admitting you stopped.
 So I said it out loud. Coffee in one hand, laces still untied, and the shoes are by the door now. Next Sunday I’m going back out.
