From day one, the upscale new cocktail bar will showcase one of the largest tequila collections in the United States. tequiladaisystpete is tentatively opening at the end of June at 120 1st Avenue North in downtown St. Pete, and the new concept will be unlike any other in town. The bright and airy space will feature an incredible array of tequila, mezcal, and sotol, as well as an impressive craft cocktail menu and a long list of bottled Mexican beers. We got a sneak peek at some of the featured tequila cocktails, and they are truly bringing something new to downtown. For a preview of what to expect, their take on an espresso martini includes Siempre Reposado, St. George Nola Coffee Liquer, Faretti Biscotti Liquer, agave, espresso, star anise, and a cinnamon-sugar bruleed banana.
