Comando the 13-month-old Chihuahua weighs just 7kg and stands 21cm tall, but he’s already training for search and rescue work. Wearing miniature protective glasses, a custom-fitted tactical vest and a tiny camera, Comando also joins officers at schools, civic events and community activities. He was rescued after being adopted from an elderly couple who could no longer care for him, and now serves alongside the National Guard’s much larger working dogs. #Mexico #Chihuahua #NationalGuard #Dogs
