This one hits realllyyy close to home … being 20 weeks pregnant and chasing a toddler all day means I’ve said lots of “nope’s” lately. This feels similar to our convo last week about seasons. I’ve had to readjust *our* daily rhythms to make sure I say yes, and no, in the most appropriate places that best suit our family in this season. This will all be so different this time next year, and that’s the beauty of it all, right? Speaking of seasons: don’t compare yours. It’s such a thief. When you see another mama saying “yes” to all the things: the nights out, the trips, and the date nights, she likely had her season of “no’s” too. I’m extra grateful that this pregnancy has planted me at home with my big baby (🥹) and given me extra quality time with him.
