Why Did I Start Stadium BS? I started Stadium BS because I wanted to have the conversations that sports fans are already having but don't always get the opportunity to hear. Sports are about much more than what happens on the field. Behind every team, stadium, league, expansion effort, ownership group, and fan experience are stories about business, money, politics, community, and the people working to make it all happen. I created Stadium BS to ask the questions fans are thinking about — Who really benefits from a new stadium? How do teams decide where to relocate or expand? What does it take to build a successful sports organization? How important are fans to the business? And what happens when the business side of sports conflicts with the passion that makes people love the game? My goal isn't to pretend I have all the answers. It's to start the conversation.
