🚨 An investigation into abuse and neglect allegations of a six-year-old child in Allen County, Kentucky, has resulted in two arrests. The 6-year-old girl was observed at The Medical Center at Scottsville on Friday to have extensive bruising from head to toe, with injuries to areas of her face and body, said the Allen County-Scottsville Crime Task Force.
