A second person has reportedly died following a reported plague outbreak in Russia. While there is currently no evidence of widespread transmission and there has been no official statement if the deaths were as a direct result of the plague, President Trump has said the US will help Russia should they need assistance in containing the outbreak. Meanwhile, hundreds of people who may have come in contact with Dayra Shipilova, an anti-plague lab technician who was the first reported death as a result of the outbreak, have been quarantined and put under medical observation. #news #plague #breakingnews #russia
