Thousands of Iowa football fans turned their attention away from the field for a special tradition during the team's game at Kinnick Stadium. At the end of the first quarter, the crowd, players and coaches face the nearby children's hospital and wave to young patients watching from the windows. The Hawkeye Wave began in 2017 and has since become one of college football's most recognizable traditions. 🎥 @leia_schwartz #kinnickstadium #hawkeyewave #iowa #football #viral
