Gypsy Rose Blanchard has broken her silence after the death of her partner Ken Urker on his 34th birthday, saying she is 'in disbelief' following his sudden death. Blanchard told PEOPLE that she believes Urker overdosed, but said she does not know whether it was intentional and that he had 'not been in a good state of mind lately'.
