Comando the 13-month-old Chihuahua weighs just 7kg and stands 21cm tall, but he’s already training for search and rescue work.⁣ ⁣ Wearing miniature protective glasses, a custom-fitted tactical vest and a tiny camera, Comando also joins officers at schools, civic events and community activities.⁣ ⁣ He was rescued after being adopted from an elderly couple who could no longer care for him, and now serves alongside the National Guard’s much larger working dogs.⁣ ⁣ #Mexico #Chihuahua #NationalGuard #Dogs
