🌡️ This week we saw some cooler weather, but it’s still important to check the forecast, bring plenty of water, know your limits and pay attention to how you’re feeling while you’re out there. Today, technical rescue crews responded to Cholla Trailhead for a hiker experiencing heat-related symptoms. The hiker was dizzy, vomiting and unable to safely make it back down the trail on her own. Crews hiked in, provided cooling measures and safely carried her off the mountain before she was transported to the hospital in stable condition. #PHXFire
