We had an amazing night at the Iowa High School Musical Theatre Awards last night! We had several students appear onstage throughout the showcase! Our four Triple Threats, Lucie Buck, Ashlyn Yu, Keegan Foell, and Cody Holcomb, appeared in the triple threat medley! These students received coaching, auditioned for scholarships, and learned a medley! Our Outstanding Behind-The-Scenes award winners had a tech day last week where they learned from industry professionals and had a group dinner at Centro. They were also featured with a moment onstage last night. These students were Jack Andersen, Alex Johnson, and Sam Schuster (Haley Bryan did not attend). Because our show received Outstanding Overall Performance, our ensemble performed Cell Block Tango during an ensemble medley last night! Jack Andersen was also featured during the opening medley. These students had less than a week to learn the medley from broadway professionals. Congrats to everyone! We can’t wait for next year! 📸...
