A ""bad"" MRI doesn't necessarily mean you need treatment.
As **Dr. Jason Snibbe, orthopedic surgeon for the Los Angeles Lakers and the Kardashians**, shares with Andrea Miller, he doesn't treat an X-ray or an MRI.
He treats the person sitting in front of him.
You could have a knee that looks terrible on an MRI, but if you're:
š¾ Playing tennis three days a week
šļø Working out regularly
š¶ Moving comfortably
š Living without pain
His advice might simply be: **Go enjoy your life.**
Because what shows up on a scan doesn't always tell the full story of how someone actually feels or functions.
For Dr. Snibbe, the bigger question is how pain is affecting your **quality of life**.
That's where listening to the patient becomes just as important as looking at the imaging.
