Today, on the ninth anniversary of the mass shooting at the Route 91 Harvest Festival, we pause to honor the 58 lives taken that night and everyone forever affected by that tragic day. 💔 The Las Vegas Community Healing Garden stands as a place of remembrance and reflection, with 58 memorial trees, the Tree of Life and countless heartfelt mementos left with love. 🌳 With its flowers, benches and peaceful paths, the garden offers a space for our community to reflect, heal and remember. At its center, the Remembrance Wall serves as a permanent tribute to the strength and resilience of the survivors and our community. 🦋 Tonight at 7 p.m., we will gather for a remembrance ceremony honoring the victims and survivors. Mayor Shelley Berkley and Mayor Pro Tem Olivia Diaz will read the names of the 58 victims as a bell tolls and a candle is lit in each person’s memory. You can pay your respects by watching the remembrance ceremony live: -City of Las Vegas TV on Spectrum Channel 2 (formerl...
