Prioritize ball percentage, not power: so many faceoff athletes over commit to the clamp starting from their left foot to ensure on impact they have plenty of drive into the ball to win the lock up. However this is counterproductive most the time due to guys trying to time the whistle or they don’t fire fast enough. Easier to let the hands do the work and bring the troops in later. #FOArmy
