Now that I’m marathon training, do I get to call this speedwork? 🤔 Started off my CIM build with a podium finish & new PR (32:02) at the US Road 10k Champs 🥉Coming of Worlds, it was more difficult than expected to recenter myself emotionally and physically, so I’m happy to have gotten myself to both the start and finish line 👏 I find myself constantly wishing I had done a little more, but I think that’s just life. For now, I’m appreciating the progress I’ve made since this time last year, and working to keep building toward my marathon debut in December! Huge s/o to ventersemily and kassie.parker19 on 1st and 2nd, and a_vestri for a fun battle in the last mile.
