It’s a trap I simply cannot resist 😭 The first time we visited New Zealand was in 2017, when we moved there on a working holiday visa. We’d never set foot in the country before and had no idea what to expect, but we knew we’d have an amazing time. And we truly did! After we left the country, we wanted to go back multiple times, but with the borders shut for years and years (and incredibly expensive flight costs once they finally reopened), it took us 7 years before we finally returned. 3 years ago, Dom and I decided to revisit New Zealand in January 2024, and it was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made because we had the time of our lives 🥹 However… We also got the kiwi bug aka a highly unusual want to return to the country over and over again. And at this point, I’m scared the bug will never go away.
