A day off. A few new connections. A chance to get a foot in the door. The Pipeliners Tour rolled into Harmony, Pennsylvania, for our Appalachian Basin Rally at UA Local 449—and the crews showed what backing the next generation looks like. Young hands came ready to learn and meet people in the trade. Pipeliner rig welder Kerri Ann Nicholson and other experienced pipeliners spent their day off sharing advice, answering questions, and making connections. Kerri Ann kept working those connections afterward, helping some of those young hands get job offers. That’s what this tour is about. Bringing the pipeline community together and showing up for the people doing the work—and those ready to get started. Thank you to Kerri Ann, Kayla, Paige, Sunny, Tiff, our sponsors, our hosts, and everyone who helped make this stop happen. We missed my right-hand gal Sonny, who was home sick!
