In one class, students explored foods and the words we use to describe different flavors—from sour lemons to sweet cupcakes. Through drawings and writing, they connected familiar tastes with new vocabulary and found creative ways to express what they were learning. In another classroom, students turned their attention to the human body, exploring what happens to our skin when we get a bug bite and observing the changes that can follow.
