And the luxury development at Wanda Heights and new apartment complexes in the busiest areas of Rancho Cucamonga, only strains local resources, adds congestion and does not solve the issue of affordability, but continues it. When the city decides where to build new home community input should come first, making sure there’s enough parking, making sure streets won’t overcrowd, and ensuring water and electricity won’t strain.
