Starbucks’ 2026 holiday menu officially launches November 5th with a mix of new drinks and food alongside returning holiday favorites. For drinks, Starbucks is introducing the new Tiramisu Velvet Latte, available hot or iced, and Tiramisu Velvet Cold Brew, both topped with mascarpone cold foam and a cocoa and coffee dusting. There’s also a new Apple Pomegranate Refresher with pomegranate-flavored pearls, plus a Snowy Apple version made with coconut milk. Returning drinks include the Peppermint Mocha, Caramel Brulée Latte, Sugar Cookie Latte, and Gingerbread Chai. For food, the new Bearista Cake Pop joins the menu alongside a new Braised Short Rib Grilled Cheese and an updated Turkey & Stuffing Sandwich. The Cranberry Bliss Bar, Snowman Cookie, and Sugar Plum Cheese Danish are also returning.
