🇮🇹🌶️🤌🏼Chili crisp, but make it Italian! carbonefinefood launched its first product beyond pasta sauce, and I got to celebrate with Chef mariocarbone at dimmidimmichicago ! Two flavors: Calabrian Chili and Aglio e Peperoncino, both made with 100% olive oil. Naturally, I had to put it on EVERYTHING. From mozzarella sticks to spicy tuna crispy rice (SO good!) and of course, pizza. I love a little heat, and this was such a fun way to experience an Italian twist on chili crisp!
