✨🇹🇭🙌🏼 tarrachicago is such a beautiful addition to River North. What really stood out to me was how much thought and intention went into every dish. Chef namo.chowcharoen brings Thai flavors and traditions to the table in a way that feels contemporary, while still honoring where they came from. Some of my favorites were the Khao Tang with beef tartare and caviar, the river prawns loaded with crispy garlic, and that incredibly tender Massaman Nuea (beef short rib). Beautiful space, thoughtful food, and so many dishes I still want to try.
