Vic Bianchini picked up a saber for the first time at 72. 🤺
Sixteen years later, he's a national champion, a 13-time Veterans World Championships qualifier and the highest-ranked oldest saber fencer in the world.
Now he's giving back. Bianchini's gift to the USA Fencing Foundation creates an endowment supporting veteran fencing, so future generations can find what the sport gave him: competition, joy and a community of lifelong friends.
"I tell people that it is never too late to start anything, because you never know what might be there for you."
Comment "saber" and we will send you his story!
