Graduate Spotlight 🎓: Erick Múnene Njúe
Erick is from Kirinyaga County in Kenya completing his Master of Science in Education Policy and Leadership (EPoL). He is also a former Fulbright Language Teacher Assistant at UO.Â
During his time at UO, Erick was a member of the Tuition and Fees and Advisory Board representing graduate students through budget preparation and reviews. He also worked as a hiring team member for dining services where he was responsible for reviewing, interviewing, and orienting student service workers. In addition to that he was a research assistant for an NSF grant project led by Professor Melissa Graboyes where he reviewed Swahili transcripts and provided analysis.Â
