On Saturn’s moon Titan, a human could potentially fly like a bird using wings attached to their arms. Titan’s gravity is only about one seventh of Earth’s, while its atmosphere is much denser, producing far more lift from the same wing. NASA notes that a person wearing protective gear could theoretically flap wings and take flight there. The same combination of low gravity and dense air is why NASA’s Dragonfly rotorcraft can fly across Titan’s surface.
