🖤 🫶💜 whānau represents an interconnected network of kinship, shared responsibility, and collective identity. In modern Aotearoa (New Zealand), the term has evolved. It is frequently used metaphorically to describe a group of people who are not related by blood but are bound together by a common interest, or shared mission. That resonates strongly with our club , our people and the culture we work hard to build and maintain. These jerseys were designed and created to honour a close friend, who sadly passed away at an early age, but it also pays tribute to the many incredible people, families and players who are the heartbeat of Logan basketball and it's family culture. 🤙💜 #basketball #whanau #buzzcity #hoops #biggerthanbasketball
