What happens when POWER is given a problem to solve? At culturecon, we took ‘The Open Brief’ directly to the culture with one question: If you could bring 100 of Black America’s most influential people into one room to solve one issue, what would you put on the table? The answers were bigger than any one conversation because POWER isn’t just about who has it. It’s about what we choose to do with it. As we enter the 2026 #EBONYPower100 season, celebrating “The Stories We Shape,” this Open Brief invites us to think beyond recognition and toward responsibility. What could move Black America forward? And what is truly possible when the right people, resources and ideas meet in the same room? We started the conversation at #CultureCon. Now we’re bringing the brief to you. What’s one issue you would put on the table? ⬇️ Tap the link in bio to experience #TheOpenBrief on EBONY.com. 🖤
