One of Hugh Jackman’s darkest and most gripping films could be getting the full TV treatment 👀 Prisoners is reportedly being eyed for a UK television remake by Alcon International Studios, turning Denis Villeneuve’s tense 2013 crime thriller into a long-form series. The original starred Jackman as a father who takes matters into his own hands after his daughter disappears, while Jake Gyllenhaal plays the detective trying to solve the case. The project is still in its earliest stages, with no cast, writer, broadcaster or release date confirmed. There is also no word on whether Jackman or Gyllenhaal could return. Does Prisoners really need a remake? 🔍 #hughjackman #movie #ladbible
