Chocolate AND hummus together?! 😨 I was SUPER sceptical… but obviously I had to drive down to the brand new Bayroot Deli and try it for myself, so you don’t have to 😂 And my reaction in the video is 100% legit. Confused at first… then casually spooning in for more immediately after 👀🥄 Now, I’ve always loved a good sweet + savoury marriage. Salted caramel? Absolutely. But THIS is different. Imagine your favourite creamy hummus, generous dollops of gorgeous olive oil, just a hint of cocoa, then little pieces of hazelnut on top for that extra crunch. 🤌 I could genuinely eat this by the spoonful. And before you ask, NO, it’s not a dessert! It still very much belongs on the mezze table. Don’t take my word for it though.
