Probably the coziest hotel in Colorado: mollie_aspen, right in downtown Aspen 🏔️ Still not over this stay. The interiors are calm and design-forward, with Japanese and Scandinavian touches, natural woods and hand-dyed textiles, and for the third year in a row, they earned a Michelin Key. 📍 Downtown Aspen, an easy walk to the shops, galleries and all four ski areas ♨️ The rooftop hot tub looks straight out at Aspen Mountain, and we spent way too much time up there 🥐 Petit Trois, Chef Ludo Lefebvre’s Parisian bistro, is right on site. The food was so good we never ate anywhere else. Breakfast and dinner, every time. We booked through preferredhotels using their loyalty program, ipreferrewards. As a Titanium member we got early check-in, late check-out, a food and beverage credit, and a sweet welcome amenity when we arrived. It made the whole stay so much easier, and joining is free.
