From Harvard to the forefront of women’s sports. ❤️🏀 Today, we had the privilege of welcoming back Erin D. Drake ’14, Senior Advisor & Legal Counsel for the WNBA Players Association, to practice. A proud Harvard alumna and an incredible advocate for women athletes, Erin played a leading role in the WNBPA’s landmark 2026 collective bargaining negotiations—advocating for players’ compensation, revenue sharing, family planning and parental leave, retirement benefits, workplace rights, and so much more. Her work is a powerful reminder of what it looks like to use your voice, your education, and your seat at the table to create meaningful change for the next generation of women athletes.
