Backstage footage that Darryl Peterson shot on a 1995 WWF tour is set to be released this month, 30 years after it was filmed. Joe Dombrowski of Pro Wrestling Library announced the release on X: 'It's the story that's waited over 30 years to finally be told. Next week, the trailer finally drops. Later this month, you all get to find this lost footage.' Peterson wrestled in the WWF as Man Mountain Rock and in WCW as Maxx Payne. He told Wrestling Epicenter with James Walsh in December that Vince McMahon approved the filming: 'I asked Vince before I left, can I take a video camera with me? And he said yes.' In the same interview, Peterson said, 'The Kliq openly make fun of me on videotape.' He named Triple H, Kevin Nash and Scott Hall. Louie Spicolli, who wrestled as Rad Radford, also appears. Peterson said the film is called 'The Thing That Should Not Be.' A video breakdown of this story is on the WrestlingNewsCo YouTube channel. #WWE #WWF #ManMountainRock #WrestlingHistory #Wrestl...
