Story time: My wife is a former D1 soccer player and injured both knees & ankles I reached out to a coach I trust because Lord knows husband and wives coaching each other doesn’t always work 😅 She started power lifting to help support those knees and 1 year later decided to enter a powerlifting meet because why the fuck not 🤷🏾‍♂️ Her knees could only handle the bar to start out and today she wowed us all Way to work through the pain, the tears, and the weak ass mindset we have sometimes when that alarm hits 3:45am Beyond proud of my favorite, my bestfriend, my wife 😍 #powerlifting #compete #noexcuses #grind #number1fan
