Located in the heart of the Austrian Alps, our Ludesch plant knows that great teamwork is at the heart of success. From local holiday celebrations and milestone recognitions to team lunches and community events, employees are celebrated throughout the year. The team also drives continuous improvement, testing new inks, lacquers and innovative ideas to deliver the high-quality aluminum cans our customers expect. In 2025, the Ludesch team gave back through 780 volunteer hours supporting local community initiatives, bringing our We Care. value to life. Thank you to our Ludesch team for your dedication, innovation and community impact! 💙 To learn more about what it's like to #WorkAtBall, visit the link in our bio. #PlantSpotlight #LifeAtBall #WeCare #WorkAtBall
