Pulled up on the 12U @jrhawksfootball this week to give them some game. I know the dream is the NFL. I had that same dream. But I told them, it starts way before you even get to the league. Focus on your grades, respect your parents & make good decisions. Be a good kid. Your character matters. I’ll never forget an NFL coach contacting my elementary school principal about my character.
