I was invited on board during their yearly Eat & Drink Festival, and this year’s Festival of Senses turned every meal into an experience. The Feast for the Senses event paired small bites with cocktails, and the Sensory Dinner at The Wake was a four course tasting menu with Appleton Estate rum pairings and music to hit all the senses. That molasses coffee glazed short rib was fire 🔥 Outside of the festival, Extra Virgin’s pappardelle al ragu, the shrimp at Opa Hour at The Dock House, and Korean barbecue at Gunbae were all standouts.
