100+ rejections this year. Jobs, brand pitches, and interviews that went rounds deep, all ending in “we’ve decided to move forward with other candidates.” Here’s what nobody says out loud. I have friends who land jobs way easier, because they know the right people and those people already trust them. That’s real, and it gets in your head. But I’m not letting it stop me. I’ve wanted to be an animator and designer my whole life, and make a living out of it. Every no is pushing me somewhere, and I’m building the network, the work, and the trust one day at a time. If you’re in the same season, keep going. Your yes is coming. 🙏🏾 #motiondesign #3danimation #blackcreatives #rejection #creativejourney
