100+ rejections this year. Jobs, collabs, interviews that went three rounds deep and still ended in “we’ve decided to move forward with other candidates.” Some days my brain tells me the worst. That it’s my work, or that it’s who I am. I know that’s not the truth, but the thoughts still get loud. I’m not quitting. I’ve wanted to be an animator my whole life, and every no is pushing me somewhere. If you’re in the same season, keep building. Your yes is coming. 🙏🏾 #motiondesign #3danimation #rejection #creativejourney #blackcreatives
