This year’s edition of Book 1 of the Tattersalls October Yearling Sale saw seventeen yearlings fetch seven-figure sums, one more than last year, led by a 4.6 million gns Night Of Thunder colt. The overall turnover was on par with 2025 at 126,516,000 gns achieved through the sale of 352 yearlings, 43 fewer than last year. At 230,000gns, the median was up by 10% and the average of 359,420gns represented a rise of 12% 💰 The clearance rate rose to 85% following last year’s number of 83%.
