Ingredients: -1 cup coffee, cold -2 packets unflavored gelatin -1/2 cup vodka -1/2 cup coffee liqueur -1/2 cup heavy cream -espresso beans for garnish Directions: 1. Bloom gelatin in the cold coffee for 10 minutes, then microwave for 30 seconds to dissolve the gelatin. 2. Whisk in vodka and coffee liqueur. 3. Divide into Jell-O shot cups, saving a quarter of the mixture for the foam. 4. In a separate bowl, beat heavy cream until foamy, then add the remaining Jell-O shot mixture and whisk well. 5. Place foam on top of each Jell-O shot, then refrigerate for 4 hours until set. 6. Garnish with espresso beans, then serve.
