A baby and two adults were badly injured after several cars were hit by an out-of-control SUV in Linden, New Jersey. It all happened during an apparent police chase through a neighborhood, leading to questions in the community of why police would pursue a driver through a residential area, potentially putting others at risk. Investigators, however, not said it was a police pursuit. It remained unclear what prompted the response. #nj #nbc4ny #crash
