Artistry is not meant to be admired from afar. It is meant to be experienced. This season Hibiki finds its way into 24 of the UK's most renowned bars, each inviting each to create a cocktail through the lens of Japanese craft. Some drew from the patience of woodworking or the fire of ceramics. Others from the softness of textiles or the light that passes through washi paper. Four disciplines, each poured into the glass. The 24 Moments of Artistry are available to experience at each bar throughout October and November.
