BECOMING ONE This weekend in Zion gave us time to slow down and see more clearly. Zion is not just a place, but a principle. A people of one heart and one mind. Becoming one. We spent time learning from the Dr. Matt Townsend, and it hit me in a deeper way than I expected. The work of communication, of understanding, of choosing connection, it is the work of the Spirit. And ultimately, it leads us back to who we really are. Sons and daughters of God. Our REAL identity. Not something we have to create, but something we uncover. And I see that so clearly in Jenna. I see her as an individual with strength and depth. I see her as a mother, patient, present, and full of love. I see her as my spouse, committed, supportive, and all in. I see her as a daughter of God, with light that lifts everyone around her. There is something sacred about doing life with someone who is striving, like you are, to become better, to become one.
