I Found The Lord Again This was a different trip than many we take. No beach, not a lot of food options, no amusement park, but somehow, without those distractions and being in a place of sacred history (Nauvoo), it brought about a unity and connection unlike any other. Many of you have heard me share the story of Savvy learning to find the words Lord, God, and Jesus in the scriptures when she was young and before she could fully read. She found the Lord again and again and again, on every page. This trip felt much like that for me. I felt like we were able to find the Lord again and again within each experience and especially within each individual we met. I found the Lord again driving into Nauvoo, a city filled with sacred history and significance to our faith. I found the Lord again in a home where small and simple ideas for service became the largest women’s organization in the world.
